- All rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- Price quoted includes fuel, parking charges, toll charges and amenities
- Strictly no eating, drinking, or smoking in any of the vehicles at all times. If the vehicle is dirty during usage, there will be a SGD200.00 cleaning fee.
- Car usage on any special event in Singapore will be charged based on surge pricing.
- Credit card payment adds an additional 10% admin surcharge
- No refund of credit card 10% admin surcharge for cancellation of booking if the payment were made via credit card.
- There will be no refund for no-show arrival, departure & charter hourly vehicle usage
- There will be additional charge for every additional pick-up or drop-off point (except Hourly service), SGD15 for Vellfire/Alphard, SGD20 for Minibus and SGD40 for Coach Bus.
- There will be additional charge for exceeding the standard free waiting time. Every 15 minutes block will incur a charge of SGD15 for Vellfire/Alphard, SGD20 for Minibus and SGD40 for Coach Bus.
- Hourly charter booking must be used consecutively. No breaking in-between.
- Any 2 ways transfer that is around 2 hours apart will be charged as 3 hours of hourly charter service – for Vellfire/Alphard & Minibus.
- Midnight surcharge between 2230hrs – 0700hrs has additional charge of SGD15 per hour or per transfer.
- Cancellation of confirmed booking made less than 24 hours will not be valid for any refund.
- Destination going to/pick-up from Tuas area or Jurong Island additional SGD30 surcharge.
- Any unused paid hourly charter usage is non-refundable
