- What type of vehicle do you offer?
We offer a variety of vehicles ranging from 6-seater, 7-seater maxi cab, 9-Seater maxi cab, 13-seater minibus maxi cab, 23-seater & 45 seater bus. We will advise the most suitable vehicle type based on your needs.
- What is Meet & Greet Service?
Our friendly chauffeur will meet and greet you at the arrival hall with a name boards for your convenience at the flight terminals to recognize your ride. They will lead you to your booked transportation.
- What is Exceed Free Waiting Time?
There is standard free waiting time of 15 minutes for local pick-up. For airport arrival, the standard free waiting time is 60 minutes for Vellfire/Alphard, 70 minutes for 7-Seater Maxi Cab, 9-Seater Maxi Cab, 13 Seater Minibus Maxi Cab and 90 minutes for Bus Coach. We will start to charge for Exceed Free Waiting Time once the standard waiting time is exceeded, every 15 minutes block will incur a charge of SGD15 for Vellfire/Alphard, SGD10 for 7 & 9 Seater Maxi Cab, SGD20 for 13 Seater Minibus Maxi Cab and SGD40 for Coach Bus.

All fees are inclusive of fuel, parking, ERP charge. - Can I change my booking?
If there is a change in the number of people traveling or luggage, or change in time or location of pick up, please call or WhatApps us at the earliest possible time. Changes may not be always possible due to availability, but we will try our best to help.
- What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your booking if more than 24 hours from your booked date and time.
If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours from your booked date and time, there will be no refund.If refund is valid, your payment will be refunded in maximum 5 days from the day of cancellation.
